The menu choices from Joel are endless. Whatever the theme, whatever the culture, whatever the desire of the client, Joel's goes to the extreme to add our own twist to authenticate cuisine from around the world. For our custom events, such as large seated dinners and cocktail receptions, we do offer complimentary tastings to give you a preview of what we can do. We also look at it as an opportunity to work more closely with our clients to get a better feel for their tastes.
